Fruit concentrates are processed products made from real fruit, typically containing a mixture of fruit pulp and concentrated fruit juice, usually 40-45%. They are commonly used as a main ingredient in coffee shops, bars, and bakeries to replace fresh fruit, giving beverages a taste, aroma, and texture similar to real fruit, while offering convenience in preparation and easy cost control.
